• People who had surgery for colorectal cancer with the goal of removing all cancer, and who have remained cancer-free for six months or more based on clinical checks and imaging.

• People who have already had, or are scheduled to have, an FDG PET scan (a type of imaging test).
• People who are able to lie flat and still for at least 30 minutes.
• People who are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the trial.
• People whose physical functioning falls within a certain range on a standard medical scale (ECOG grade 0–2, meaning able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation — confirm with trial site).
• People whose use of the imaging agent F-18-FDG fits within the institution's 2023 Colorectal Cancer Treatment guidelines.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• People with severely reduced kidney function (eGFR below 30 ml/min).
• People with a known or suspected allergy to radioactive medicines used in scans.
• People who have been diagnosed with another type of cancer, either at the same time or in the past.
• People who are unable to undergo the required PET scan procedure.
