- Adults aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with advanced melanoma (a type of skin cancer) at stage III or stage IV that cannot be surgically removed, including melanoma that started in the skin, in mucous membranes (such as the mouth or nose), or from an unknown location — confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue
