Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been assessed by their doctor as a suitable candidate for spinal cord stimulation and are already scheduled to undergo a trial phase using the Evoke spinal cord stimulation system
- People who rate their pain at least 5 out of 10 on a standard pain scale at the start of the study
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are willing and able to give informed consent to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- People who currently have an active implanted device, such as a pacemaker, another spinal cord stimulator, or a drug delivery pump implanted in the spine
- People who are unable to understand or respond to the study questionnaires
- People who are unable to understand or operate the handheld patient controller device that comes with the system
