Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who are within 12 months of giving birth
- People who are fluent in spoken and written French
- People who score 10 or higher on standardised questionnaires measuring anxiety (GAD-7) and/or postnatal depression (EPDS), based on self-reported answers
- People who have access to a computer or tablet with an internet connection

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
- People who are currently struggling with substance abuse or dependence
- People who are currently taking benzodiazepines (a type of medication often used for anxiety or sleep)
- People who started psychological therapy less than 4 weeks ago, or started medication for depression or anxiety less than 8 weeks ago
- People whose depression questionnaire score is very high (EPDS score of 23 or above), or who are experiencing active thoughts of suicide (confirm with trial site)
