Staff members at participating perinatal care settings:

  • People employed in a clinical or administrative role at a participating perinatal care setting, such as an obstetrician-gynecologist, midwife, nurse practitioner, nurse, navigator, or administrative staff member who was involved in the study's program during the study period

  • People who have completed PSI (Postpartum Support International) peer mentor training
  • People aged 18 or older

People who received perinatal (pregnancy-related) care:

  • People who received pregnancy or postpartum care at one of the study's partnering care settings during the study period
  • People aged 18 or older
  • People who are able to give verbal agreement to participate before a focus group or interview
  • People who are comfortable communicating in English or Spanish

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who do not meet any of the inclusion criteria listed above are not eligible to participate in this study
