Who may be able to join
- People aged 18 years or older.
- People who have been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer (either non-small cell or small cell lung cancer) or mesothelioma, where treatment is not aimed at curing the disease.
- People who rate their shortness of breath at 4 or higher on a scale of 0 to 10, using a standard symptom questionnaire called the Edmonton Symptom Assessment Scale-Revised.
- People who are able to carry out basic daily activities with minimal limitations, as rated by their doctor using a standard scale (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status of 2 or lower).

Who may not be able to join
