Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have previously received a type of guided self-help therapy called CBT-GSH at the same NHS Talking Therapies service taking part in this trial
- People who are currently experiencing anxiety or depression
- People who have been assessed by a qualified mental health practitioner (called a PWP) and found to be suitable for a lower-intensity level of therapy support
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have received high-intensity therapy at any point after their previous CBT-GSH treatment
- People whose previous treatment took place at a different NHS Talking Therapies service (rather than the one running this trial)
- People who are not fluent in English, as translated versions of the therapy workbooks used in this trial are not currently available
