Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are willing to take part voluntarily and are able to follow the study requirements, having signed a consent form
- People aged between 18 and 70 years old
- People who have advanced colorectal cancer that has continued to grow or spread after receiving first-line chemotherapy

- People with a known mental illness, or a history of alcoholism, drug use, or substance misuse
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who are planning to become pregnant within one year after receiving the cell treatment used in this trial
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial involving an experimental drug within 4 weeks before a specific preparation treatment begins, or who plan to join another drug trial during this study
- People whom the study doctors determine are not suitable for the trial for other medical reasons (confirm with trial site)
