For patients:

  • People who are between 45 and 75 years old
  • People who receive primary care at Harborview Medical Center, University of Washington-Kent-Des Moines, or University of Washington-Federal Way clinics
  • People who have had an abnormal stool test result (called a FIT test) at least 1 month ago
  • People who have not had a colonoscopy since their abnormal stool test result

  • Patients younger than 45 or older than 75
  • Patients who do not receive care at one of the listed clinics
  • Patients whose abnormal stool test result was less than 1 month ago
  • Patients who have already had a colonoscopy after their abnormal stool test result
  • Clinic staff who do not work at the listed locations or in the listed roles
