Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are at least 18 years old at the time of signing the consent form.
- People with advanced, spreading, or worsening colorectal cancer (CRC) who have already tried all standard treatments available for their situation, or who were not able to have those treatments due to ineligibility, intolerance, or personal choice. Scans showing the cancer has continued to grow must also be available from within 2 to 4 months before starting the study.
- People who have had their colorectal cancer confirmed through a laboratory test of a tissue or cell sample.
- People who are willing to provide a tissue sample taken before treatment begins — either a stored (archival) sample, or a fresh sample if no stored sample is available.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have received cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or radiation within 2 weeks before the first study dose, or who are still experiencing side effects from a previous cancer treatment above a mild level. Some exceptions may apply, including: radiation given to relieve pain in bones or soft tissue if completed more than 7 days before the first dose; hormone replacement therapy or contraceptive pills; or people with a specific level of nerve damage or hair loss from prior treatment (confirm with trial site).
- People whose cancer got worse very quickly on a previous treatment, causing a rapid decline in their overall health.
- People who have had a different type of cancer within the past 3 years, with some exceptions for cancers that were very unlikely to spread, were treated with the expectation of a cure, are being monitored without treatment, or are a slow-growing type not yet requiring treatment (confirm with trial site).
