• People who are unable to take part in physical activity due to a physical disability or limitation
• People who have had major bowel surgery, such as removal of all or part of the colon
• People who have a chronic digestive or intestinal condition, such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, or coeliac disease
• People who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer, or who have a history of any primary cancer
• People who are severely malnourished
• People who are pregnant
• People who are currently taking part in another study focused on lifestyle habits

Note: Taking part in other types of research studies at the same time is permitted, as long as those studies do not involve lifestyle interventions.
