Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 80 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with locally advanced or spreading (stage III or IV) pancreatic cancer, confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test
- People who have at least one tumour that can be measured on a scan, according to standard measurement guidelines
- People who are suitable to receive one cycle of a specific chemotherapy combination (gemcitabine and nituzumab)

- People who have received certain targeted or immune-suppressing treatments (monoclonal antibodies, EGFR-TKI therapy, anti-angiogenic drugs, or immunosuppressants) within the past six months
- People who have uncontrolled fluid build-up around the lungs, heart, or in the abdomen requiring frequent draining, active gastrointestinal bleeding, or a high bleeding risk in the 14 days before joining
- People who have taken part in another interventional clinical trial within the past 30 days
- People whose radiation dose to surrounding healthy organs cannot be kept within safe limits
- People who have been taking steroid medication long-term (more than 6 months) at doses above a certain level (confirm with trial site for specific dose details)
- People who are allergic to any of the medications or their ingredients used in this trial
- People who are pregnant (confirmed by a blood or urine test) or currently breastfeeding
- People living with HIV/AIDS, including those on antiretroviral therapy, or people with active syphilis
