- People who have been diagnosed with relapsing multiple sclerosis (either relapsing-remitting MS or active secondary progressive MS), confirmed using standard diagnostic guidelines.

- People who have neurological or mental health conditions that would prevent them from completing thinking and memory tests, such as advanced cognitive impairment or untreated severe depression.
- People who have severe difficulties using their hands and arms that would prevent them from completing specific hand and thinking tests used in the study.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of joining the trial.
- People who would not be able to attend study appointments at the required timepoints: the start of the study, and at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
