- People who have multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment
- People who have previously been treated with one of these specific medicines: teclistamab, elranatamab, or talquetamab
- People who are older than 18 years of age
- People who have been given information about the study and have not objected to taking part
- People who are well enough to be treated as a day patient (meaning generally good health, no rapidly worsening disease, no serious infection, and living less than 30 minutes from the IUCT Oncopole for the 48 hours after each dose increase), or who are able to stay as an inpatient at the IUCT Oncopole

- People who are unable to read or write, or who have a language barrier that would make communication with the study team difficult
