Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be willing and able to sign a written consent form to participate
- You must be 18 years old or older
- You must have no history of cancer outside of the pancreas
- You must not have had any drainage procedure on your bile duct before surgery
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of pancreatic cancer (PDAC) based on tissue removed during surgery
- You must have survived at least 3 months after surgery and have been followed up for at least 6 months
Who may not be able to join:
- If the tissue samples from your surgery cannot be reviewed again by the study team, you may not be eligible
- If the special imaging scans (MRE — a type of MRI that measures tissue stiffness) did not produce usable results — for example due to movement during the scan, pain, or equipment issues — you may not be eligible (confirm with trial site)
- If your tumor was smaller than 1.0 cm (less than half an inch) in size, you may not be eligible
- If you withdrew from or dropped out of follow-up care after surgery, you may not be eligible
