Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have Parkinson's disease and have had deep brain stimulation (DBS) devices implanted on both sides of the brain in a specific area called the subthalamic nucleus (STN).

- People who have been diagnosed with dementia.
- People who have significant depression or anxiety that has not been treated.
- People whose symptoms suggest they may have a form of parkinsonism other than standard Parkinson's disease (confirm with trial site).
