Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have received a talking therapy called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or hormone therapy within the last 6 months
• People who are currently experiencing psychosis (a serious mental state involving a loss of contact with reality)
• People who are currently experiencing a severe episode of mania (an extreme high mood state)
• People who have a severe alcohol or drug use disorder
• People who are currently having thoughts of harming or killing themselves or others
