Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) confirmed by a lab test, of any type.
  • Your lung cancer has spread to other parts of the body (Stage IV) and cannot be cured with current treatments.
  • Your cancer does not have certain specific gene changes (called EGFR mutations, ALK rearrangements, or ROS1 rearrangements) that would make other targeted treatments more appropriate.
  • Your cancer does not have any other known gene changes for which there are already approved targeted treatments available locally.
  • You are generally well enough to carry out light activity and care for yourself, and your health has not gotten worse in the 2 weeks before the study screening (confirm with trial site).
  • Doctors expect you to live for at least 12 weeks.
  • You are able to provide a tumor tissue sample for testing before joining the trial.
  • You have at least one area of cancer that has not been treated with radiation before and is large enough to be measured accurately on a CT or MRI scan.
  • Your organs (such as kidneys and liver) and bone marrow are functioning well enough (confirm with trial site for specific values).

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have a serious or uncontrolled illness that the study doctor believes would make it unsafe or difficult for you to participate.
  • You have previously had an organ transplant.
  • You have an autoimmune or inflammatory condition (such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis) that currently requires or has required long-term treatment with steroids or other medicines that suppress the immune system.
  • You have had another type of cancer in the past, unless it was successfully treated at least 2 years ago with a low chance of coming back.
  • Your lung cancer includes certain rare cell types called small cell or neuroendocrine components.
  • You have cancer that has spread to the brain, unless it is stable, causing no symptoms, and you have not needed steroids or anti-seizure medicines for at least 4 weeks.
  • You have an active condition that weakens your immune system, or an active infection.
  • You currently have an active tuberculosis (TB) infection.
  • You have already received any treatment aimed at your advanced or metastatic NSCLC.
  • You have previously been treated with a therapy targeting a protein called TIGIT, or any other cancer treatment that works by targeting immune-regulating pathways.
  • You have previously received treatment with drugs known as anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 medicines (a type of immunotherapy).
