Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes according to recognised international guidelines for children and adolescents
- People who have had diabetes for more than 12 months
- People who are under 20 years old

- People who already do regular physical activity, meaning at least 2 exercise sessions per week, with each session lasting at least 45 minutes
Who may not be able to join:
- People with celiac disease or thyroid disease that is not well controlled
- People who have other ongoing (chronic) health conditions
- People with psychiatric or neurological conditions, including eating disorders, that could interfere with the study
- People who regularly take medications (other than insulin) that may affect blood sugar levels
- People who regularly use substances or drugs that could affect how accurately the CGM works
