Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been fully informed about the trial and have agreed to take part by signing a consent form.
- People aged between 18 and 75 years old (inclusive).

- People who have a type of blood cancer called primary plasma cell leukemia.
- People who also have a condition called amyloidosis at the same time as their myeloma.
- People whose myeloma has spread to the central nervous system (the brain or spinal cord).
- People who have previously received any treatment specifically targeting BCMA, or any CAR-T cell therapy.
- People whose myeloma got worse or came back within 3 months of having an autologous stem cell transplant.
