Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have become the guardian of an infant in the last 24 months (through birth, adoption, or fostering), or those who are expecting a baby as a birthing parent or partner
- People who report having difficulties with depression and/or anxiety
- People who are 18 years of age or older (or 16 years old if they meet the legal definition of a "mature minor" under Saskatchewan law)
- People who are willing to learn information and skills to manage their own mental health, and who agree to take part in the course and its associated research
Who may not be able to join:
- People who currently have a serious medical or psychiatric condition that needs immediate treatment — for example, current mania or psychosis, active suicidal thoughts or being unable to keep themselves safe, or a medical condition requiring urgent surgery or other intensive treatment
- People who live outside of Saskatchewan
- People who are not able to read and understand English, as all course content and staff communication is currently provided in English only
