Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 30 and 75 years old, of any sex
- People who are willing and able to give written consent to take part in the study

- People who cannot safely have an MRI scan — for example, those with a pacemaker not approved for use in a 3 Tesla MRI, metal materials inside the skull or eyes, other non-removable metallic objects in the head area, or those who experience severe anxiety in enclosed spaces (claustrophobia) — this applies to patients and healthy volunteers in the imaging stage
- People who have had a serious head injury involving loss of consciousness lasting more than 30 minutes — this applies to patients and healthy volunteers in the imaging stage
- People who do not agree to be told if an unexpected abnormality is found on their MRI scan — this applies to patients and healthy volunteers in the imaging stage
- Patients whose tremors or involuntary movements are severe enough to prevent an MRI scan from being completed — this applies to patients in the imaging stage
- Healthy volunteers who have already received the maximum amount of compensation allowed under French rules for taking part in research studies
- Women who are pregnant, in labour, or currently breastfeeding
- People who are currently detained or imprisoned by a legal or administrative decision
- People who are currently receiving involuntary psychiatric care
- People who are living in a health or social care facility for reasons unrelated to research
- Adults who are under a legal protection order (such as guardianship or curatorship)
- People who are currently in an exclusion period from another interventional research study
