Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had any type of cancer in the 5 years before joining this study.
- People who have previously received chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
- People who have been diagnosed with non-advanced adenomas, serrated polyps, Familial Adenomatous Polyposis, or Lynch Syndrome.
- People whose bowel preparation before a colonoscopy was not adequate.
- People who have had a colonoscopy or polyp removal procedure in the past 5 years.
- People whose blood plasma sample shows signs of haemolysis (a breakdown of red blood cells that can affect test results) (confirm with trial site).
