Who may be able to join
- People who are willing and able to give informed consent before any study-related procedures take place.
- People who are at least 18 years old.
- People who have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer) confirmed by tissue or cell testing within the past 60 days.

- People who are using reliable contraception during the study; male participants should use condoms, and female participants of childbearing age should not be breastfeeding and must have a negative pregnancy test before the first dose of the study drug.
Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People who have two or more separate primary lung cancers at the same time.
- People who have received any prior cancer treatment.
- People who have a history of any other cancer, unless that cancer was completely removed and has not come back for 5 years or more.
- People who have a serious digestive system condition that could affect the ability to swallow, absorb, or keep down the study drug — for example, an inability to take medication by mouth, or uncontrolled nausea and vomiting.
- People who have a serious or uncontrolled illness such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, chronic heart failure, unstable chest pain, a heart attack within the past year, active bleeding, active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV, or any other infection currently needing intravenous treatment.
- People whose blood test results suggest that bone marrow, liver, kidney, or other organ function is not sufficient for safe participation.
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- People who are known or suspected to have allergies to the study drug or any other reason they should not take it.
- People who have any other condition that, in the treating doctor's judgement, makes participation in this trial unsuitable.
- People who are currently or have previously taken part in any other clinical trial involving a cancer treatment.
