Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have a solid tumour that has been confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue, and whose tumour has a specific gene change called a RAS mutation (identified through molecular/genetic testing)
- People with a RAS mutation whose cancer has continued to grow or spread after standard treatments, or who were unable to tolerate those treatments
- People who are generally well enough to carry out light activity and care for themselves, as measured by a standard health scale (ECOG score of 0 or 1)

Who may not be able to join:

- People with certain digestive system problems that could affect how the study drug is swallowed or absorbed, including difficulty swallowing tablets, conditions that affect nutrient absorption, ongoing severe nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea, or chronic bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis
- People with a specific type of heart condition where the heart does not pump blood effectively — either a moderate-to-severe heart failure classification (NYHA Class II or higher) or a reduced heart pumping function below 50%
- People with alcohol or substance use concerns, severe ongoing medical or psychiatric conditions requiring active treatment, or personal or family circumstances that the trial team believes could affect safety, ability to follow the trial requirements, or the accuracy of data collected
