Who may not be able to join:

- You are currently taking antipsychotic, antidepressant, or sedative medications, unless you have been on the same stable dose for at least the past 4 weeks

- You have had or are currently being treated for cancer within the past 5 years
- You have had major surgery on your digestive system in the past 5 years (removal of the gallbladder or appendix is generally acceptable — confirm with trial site)
- You currently work night shifts
- You have taken antibiotics within the past 4 weeks
- You have had a severe allergic reaction to probiotics or lactose in the past
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
