  • You have serious problems with your kidneys, heart, liver, or lungs
  • You have other serious health conditions that are not well controlled, such as brain or nervous system disorders or unstable chest pain (angina)
  • You have any condition that could put your safety at risk or affect the reliability of the study results (confirm with trial site)
