- People who are unable to follow the study schedule, including those who cannot temporarily stop their Parkinson's medication for certain assessments
- People who are unable to give their own consent to participate

- People who have a history of a psychiatric disorder

- People who have had a concussion, or a facial, neck, or head injury within the last 6 months
- People with a known injury or condition that could affect movement, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, neuromuscular disease, or orthopedic problems that limit movement
- People who have a history of photosensitivity (sensitivity to light)
- People who are unable to walk without assistance for at least 2 minutes
