  • People with nerve or joint/muscle conditions that would significantly limit their ability to perform upper body or core exercises, such as severe arthritis or a recent upper body injury
  • People with significant cognitive or psychiatric conditions that would affect their ability to give informed consent or follow the study protocol
  • People who are already enrolled in another clinical trial or exercise program that would conflict with this study
  • People with any other medical condition that the study doctor determines would put them at increased risk of harm during exercise (confirm with trial site)
