  • You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, a condition involving psychosis (such as schizophrenia), or a brain-related condition affecting mental function (such as Alzheimer's disease).
  • You have had alcohol or substance misuse problems in the past year, are currently taking psychiatric medications, or are considered at high risk of suicide.
  • You have a serious or unstable physical health condition, including problems with your immune system, hormones, or other major illnesses.
  • You have any physical or mental limitation that would prevent you from taking part in a traditional Chinese movement and breathing exercise programme (confirm with trial site).
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
