Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form
• Your general health and ability to carry out daily activities is rated at a good or mostly good level (what doctors call ECOG performance status 0 or 1 — confirm with trial site)
• Your tumor has a specific genetic or protein change involving something called MTAP (confirm with trial site for testing details)
• For some parts of the trial (Arms A and B only): your tumor has a specific gene change called a RAS mutation
• You have been diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer (PDAC) or advanced or returning non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has been confirmed by a tissue test
• You have already received standard cancer treatment before joining this trial
• For some parts of the trial (Arms A and B only): you have NOT previously received any treatment that specifically targets the RAS gene
• You have measurable disease, meaning your tumor can be seen and measured on scans
• Your organs (such as kidneys, liver, and bone marrow) are working well enough to participate
• You are able to swallow tablets
• If you could become pregnant, you have a negative pregnancy test at the time of screening
• You are willing and able to give written consent to participate

Who may not be able to join:

• You have previously been treated with a type of drug called a PRMT5 inhibitor or MAT2A inhibitor
• For some parts of the trial (Arms A and B only): you have previously taken part in a Phase 3 clinical trial of RMC-6236 or RMC-9805
• You have a known allergy or bad reaction to any of the study drugs used in this trial or their ingredients
• You have another serious illness that is not well controlled and could make it hard to follow the study requirements
• You currently have an active infection that requires treatment with systemic medicines (medicines that work throughout the whole body)
• You are currently in another clinical trial or plan to join one at the same time as this trial
• You have a condition affecting your digestive system that could stop your body from properly absorbing the oral (swallowed) medications in the trial
• You have known or suspected cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord and is causing new or worsening symptoms
• You currently have active liver disease of any kind
• You are HIV positive, unless your immune cell count and viral levels are well controlled and you are on effective HIV treatment (confirm specific requirements with trial site)
• You have significant heart or blood vessel (cardiovascular) disease (confirm with trial site)
• You have a history of, or currently have, a lung condition called interstitial lung disease
• You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
• You are unwilling or unable to attend scheduled visits, take the study treatment as planned, or follow other study requirements
• You have any other significant past or current health condition that, in the doctor's opinion, could affect your safety or make it hard to evaluate the results of the trial
