Who may be able to join
- People who are able and willing to sign a consent form and follow all study requirements and procedures
- People aged 18 to 75 years old (any sex)
- People who are generally well enough to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (confirmed by a doctor using a standard health rating scale)

- People with a confirmed diagnosis of advanced colorectal cancer of a specific type (adenocarcinoma with stable microsatellites, meaning the cancer does not have a particular genetic instability feature)
- People whose cancer can be measured on scans according to a standard set of medical criteria
- People whose organs (such as liver, kidneys, and bone marrow) are functioning well enough to meet the trial's requirements
Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People whose lung cancer has certain specific genetic mutations or gene changes (including EGFR-sensitive mutations, ALK fusion, ROS1 rearrangement, MET exon 14 skipping, EGFR exon 20 insertion, BRAF V600E, NTRK gene fusion, or RET gene fusion), or whose tumour contains small cell carcinoma components
- People with colorectal cancer that has a specific genetic instability feature (known as MSI-H/dMMR), or whose cancer is confirmed to be a different tissue type than adenocarcinoma
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial
- People with active cancer that has spread to the brain, brain stem, spinal cord, or the lining around the brain
- People who have had an active autoimmune disease requiring ongoing medical treatment in the past 2 years
- People with a known active infection of tuberculosis, syphilis, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
- People who have had or currently have non-infectious lung inflammation or scarring that requires treatment with steroid medicines
- People with fluid build-up around the lungs, heart, or in the abdomen that is causing symptoms or needs to be drained regularly
- People with a history of heart muscle disease, heart inflammation, or serious irregular heartbeats
- People with a known allergy to any ingredient in the study drugs, or a history of a severe allergic reaction to other similar antibody-based medicines
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
