Who might be able to join this trial:
For patients:
- People aged 18 or older
- People who speak and read English
- People who have access to the internet
- People who received chemotherapy (a type known to affect the nerves) as part of their cancer treatment
- People who currently have moderate to severe numbness, tingling, or pain in their hands or feet, rating it 4 or higher on a 0–10 scale
- People whose last chemotherapy treatment was at least 6 months ago, and who are not expected to need more chemotherapy during the study period
For caregivers:
- A spouse, partner, family member (such as an adult child, parent, or other relative), friend, or another person chosen by the patient to support them and take part in the study activities
Who may not be able to join:
For patients:
- People whose nerve symptoms may be caused by something other than chemotherapy, such as diabetes
- People currently taking a medication that is known to cause nerve damage
- People who have had oncology massage therapy specifically for nerve symptoms in the past 3 months
- People with lymphedema (fluid build-up causing swelling) that is not considered stable — if a patient has a history of lymphedema, a certified lymphedema therapist must confirm the condition is stable before they could be considered (confirm with trial site)
