Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old (any gender).

Who may not be able to join:
- You have a different type of pancreatic cancer, or a mixed type, confirmed by a tissue or cell sample.
- You have active cancer that has spread to your brain or spinal cord.
- You have a known inherited change (mutation) in the BRCA1, BRCA2, or PALB2 genes.
- You have a significant build-up of fluid around your lungs, heart, or in your abdomen that needs to be drained regularly.
- You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer in the past 5 years.
- You have a history of serious bleeding problems or blood-clotting disorders, or you have had a significant bleeding event within the past month.
- You have previously received treatments that target blood vessel growth (anti-angiogenic therapy) or treatments that use the immune system to fight cancer (immunotherapy).
- You have an active autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) that has required treatment within the past 2 years.
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial that involves a treatment or intervention (observational studies or follow-up phases may be acceptable — confirm with trial site).
