Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with a locally advanced, inoperable, or metastatic solid tumour cancer that has been confirmed by lab testing, and whose cancer shows a specific change in a gene called KRAS (either a mutation or an increase in copies of the gene).
• People who are able to provide either a stored tumour tissue sample or a new biopsy sample.
• People whose doctors estimate they are expected to live for at least 3 months at the time treatment begins.
• People who are generally well enough to carry out light activity and care for themselves, as measured by a standard health scale called ECOG (score of 0 or 1).
• People who have at least one tumour that can be measured using standard imaging guidelines (called RECIST v1.1).
• People whose liver, kidneys, and other organs are functioning well enough to meet the trial's requirements (confirm with trial site for specific details).

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are unable to swallow tablets or capsules, or who have a digestive condition that could affect how the body absorbs oral medication.
• People who have previously been treated with medicines that specifically target the RAS family of genes.
• People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord and is causing symptoms, has not been treated, or is actively getting worse.
• People who have significant heart problems or reduced heart function.
• People whose heart's electrical activity shows a prolonged reading on a specific measurement (QTcF greater than 470 milliseconds) on a heart tracing (ECG).
• People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
