Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a locally advanced, inoperable, or metastatic solid tumour cancer that has been confirmed by lab testing, and whose cancer shows a specific change in a gene called KRAS (either a mutation or an increase in copies of the gene).
- People who are able to provide either a stored tumour tissue sample or a new biopsy sample.
- People whose doctors estimate they are expected to live for at least 3 months at the time treatment begins.

- People who are unable to swallow tablets or capsules, or who have a digestive condition that could affect how the body absorbs oral medication.

- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord and is causing symptoms, has not been treated, or is actively getting worse.
- People who have significant heart problems or reduced heart function.
- People whose heart's electrical activity shows a prolonged reading on a specific measurement (QTcF greater than 470 milliseconds) on a heart tracing (ECG).
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
