Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 55 years at the time of screening.

- People whose body weight falls outside a certain range — specifically, those with a BMI below 18.5 or above 45 (confirm with trial site for exact calculation).
- People whose resting clinic blood pressure reading is above 160 (top number) or above 100 (bottom number).
- People who are currently taking more than two different types of blood pressure medication.
- People whose 24-hour blood pressure monitoring results do not confirm high blood pressure according to the standard diagnostic guidelines used by the trial.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People whose kidneys are not filtering blood well enough, based on a specific blood test result (confirm with trial site).
- People whose urine test shows a certain level of a protein called albumin, which can indicate kidney stress (confirm with trial site).
- People whose liver enzyme levels are more than three times higher than the normal range, based on a blood test.
- People with significant mental health conditions, assessed using a standardised questionnaire called the General Health Questionnaire-12.
