Who may be able to join

  • Adults aged 18 or older (men or women)
  • People who have at least one tumour lesion that can be measured using standard imaging methods (as defined by RECIST 1.1 guidelines)
  • People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a specific standard, rated 0 or 1 on a medical scale (confirm with trial site)
  • People with advanced solid tumour cancers who have already tried standard treatments without success, could not tolerate standard treatments, or for whom no standard treatment exists

Who may not be able to join

Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.

  • People who have previously received or are currently receiving another treatment that targets the KRAS G12C mutation
  • People with currently active cancer that has spread to the brain
  • People with uncontrolled build-up of fluid around the lungs, in the abdomen, or around the heart
  • People with compression of the spinal cord
  • People who still have side effects rated moderate or severe (Grade 2 or higher) from a previous cancer treatment
  • People whose tumour has a genetic change for which a targeted therapy is already approved locally, unless that change is specifically KRAS G12C
  • People who have had another separate primary cancer in the past
  • People with poor bone marrow function or inadequate functioning of key organs
  • People with abnormal heart test results
  • People with severe, uncontrolled, or active heart or blood vessel disorders
  • People with a serious blood sugar condition such as diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar hyperglycaemia
  • People with uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • People with severe bleeding symptoms or a tendency to bleed severely
  • People who have experienced a serious blood clot in an artery or vein
  • People with a serious active infection
  • People who are continuously taking steroid medications (glucocorticoids)
  • People with an active infectious disease
  • People with persistent nausea or vomiting that cannot be controlled, a chronic digestive condition, or an inability to swallow oral medications
  • People with serious liver conditions, including hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome, or cirrhosis rated Child Pugh Grade B or worse
  • People with a lung condition called interstitial lung disease (ILD)
  • People with serious neurological or mental health disorders
  • People with an active autoimmune disease
