  • People with uncontrolled fluid build-up around the lungs, heart, or abdomen that requires repeated draining or ongoing medical treatment.
  • People with a specific abnormality in heart electrical activity (a QT interval greater than 470 milliseconds on a heart tracing) (confirm with trial site).
  • People whose heart pumping function is below a certain level, as measured by a heart scan (confirm with trial site).
