Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form.
- People who have a confirmed diagnosis of a locally advanced or metastatic solid tumour (a cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed to cure it).

- People with a known serious allergy to the study drug (JAB-23E73) or any of its ingredients.
- People whose cancer started in the brain or spinal cord (primary central nervous system tumours).
- People with uncontrolled fluid build-up around the lungs, heart, or abdomen that requires repeated draining or ongoing medical treatment.
- People with a specific abnormality in heart electrical activity (a QT interval greater than 470 milliseconds on a heart tracing) (confirm with trial site).
- People whose heart pumping function is below a certain level, as measured by a heart scan (confirm with trial site).
