- People with internal medicine conditions that the trial investigator considers clinically important (confirm with trial site)
- People who have had a recent or currently active infection
- People with a Body Mass Index (a measure of body weight relative to height) of 30 or above
- People who currently smoke
- People currently taking N-acetylcysteine or any antioxidant supplements or medications
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
