Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been receiving hemodialysis (a kidney treatment done at a clinic) three times per week for more than 3 months
- People who speak English or Spanish
- People who are able to give their informed consent to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently experiencing serious mental health symptoms such as delusions, disordered thinking, or active thoughts of suicide
- People who are currently struggling with active substance abuse
- People who are enrolled in hospice care, or whose doctor estimates they have less than 6 months to live
- People whose kidney care provider considers them too unwell or too cognitively impaired to take part in a study
- People who have a living donor kidney transplant planned within the next 3 months

- People who plan to switch to home-based dialysis within the next 3 months
- People who plan to move to a different dialysis facility within the next 3 months
