  • People who are willing and able to follow all parts of the trial plan
  • People who are receiving standard care treatments as decided by their treating doctor and hospital

Who may not be able to join

Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.

  • People who previously had to stop chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy due to a serious side effect rated as severe or worse (Grade 3 or higher)
  • People who have been diagnosed with another primary cancer within the past 2 years that their enrolling doctor considers to still be active
  • People who have known active cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining around the brain or spinal cord
  • People who have a history of lung inflammation (not caused by infection) that needed steroid treatment, or who currently have lung inflammation
  • People who have a history of a condition involving scarring or inflammation of the lung tissue (interstitial lung disease)
  • People who have any other health condition, past or current, or abnormal test results that the treating doctor believes could interfere with the trial results, affect the person's ability to take part for the full duration, or would not be in the person's best interest
