Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment, and who have previously received between 2 and 4 rounds of myeloma treatment (for the first phase of the trial) or between 1 and 3 rounds of myeloma treatment (for the second phase of the trial).
- People whose myeloma can be detected and measured through standard laboratory tests at a local facility.

- People who have previously been treated with a medication called mezigdomide.
- People who have previously received a type of treatment that works by engaging or activating T cells (a type of immune cell) to fight the cancer.
- People who have previously received any treatment that targets a protein called BCMA, unless they received a specific type of personalised cell therapy (autologous BCMA-targeted CAR T-cell therapy) more than 6 months before the start of this trial.
