People of any age who have been formally diagnosed with Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome (SDS), either through genetic testing or based on clinical symptoms and signs.
People whose genetic testing shows changes (mutations) in specific genes linked to SDS, particularly the SBDS or EFL1 genes.
People diagnosed with a condition similar to SDS caused by changes in other genes, such as DNAJC21, SRP54, or other genes that may be linked to SDS-like conditions.
