Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People aged between 18 and 75 years old.

  • People who are currently taking strong opioid pain medicines on a long-term basis.
  • People whose liver or kidney function test results fall outside certain normal ranges, indicating reduced liver or kidney function.
  • People who are currently taking blood-thinning medications.
  • People whose blood clotting test results are outside certain safe ranges, suggesting a problem with how their blood clots.
  • People who have an active skin infection at or near the area where the procedure would be performed.
  • People whose body mass index (BMI) is greater than 35 (a measure of body weight relative to height).
