- People who rate their pain at least 3 out of 10 on a standard pain scale
- People who have been diagnosed with Cubital Tunnel Syndrome through a nerve conduction and muscle test (a specialist electrical test of the nerves and muscles)
- People who are able to read and write
- People who are willing to give their consent to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a condition that can cause nerve problems in other ways, such as diabetes, inflammatory arthritis, or an underactive thyroid
- People who are pregnant

- People who have a skin infection, burns, open wounds, or scars on their forearm
- People who have had a previous injury to the elbow
- People who have a nerve problem coming from the neck or the network of nerves around the shoulder (confirm with trial site)
- People who have a condition affecting multiple nerves throughout the body (confirm with trial site)
- People who have previously had surgery to relieve pressure on the Cubital Tunnel nerve
- People who have had a steroid injection into the Cubital Tunnel area within the last 3 months
- People who are not able to read or write
- People who do not wish to give their consent to participate
