Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are willing to take part voluntarily and are able to follow the trial's requirements
• People aged between 18 and 75 years old, of any gender
• People who have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment, and who have measurable disease that has spread outside the bone marrow
• People whose cancer cells test positive for two specific proteins called BCMA and GPRC5D, detected through bone marrow, spinal fluid, or tissue testing

• People who are allergic to or cannot tolerate the medicines fludarabine or cyclophosphamide
• People who have a known symptomatic brain or nervous system disease that is not related to their myeloma
• People who have had serious, uncontrolled heart or blood vessel problems within the past 6 months, such as severe heart failure, a recent heart attack, certain heart rhythm problems, or a history of severe heart muscle disease
• People who have another cancer that has not been treated, either currently or within the past 5 years
• People whom the trial team believes are unable or unwilling to follow the study plan
• People who have previously received a CAR-T cell therapy that uses the same design as the one being tested in this trial
