  • People who have been treated with alemtuzumab, a stem cell transplant using their own cells, or cladribine within the past 3 years
  • People who have taken part in another clinical trial or received an experimental treatment within the past 3 months, or within 5 half-lives of the experimental treatment — whichever is the longer period
  • People who are currently taking an approved MS disease-modifying therapy (a medicine used to manage MS)
  • People who have taken certain MS medicines (including S1P receptor modulators, natalizumab, dimethyl fumarate, or teriflunomide) within the last 3 months, or who have received B-cell-depleting antibody treatments within the last 6 months and whose B-cell counts have not yet returned to normal (confirm with trial site)

  • People who have another significant ongoing medical condition affecting the heart, immune system, lungs, nervous system, kidneys, or other major organ that could affect safety or trial results
  • People with an active or long-term infection including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, or tuberculosis
  • People who have had their spleen removed
  • People with dementia, severe psychiatric illness, significant cognitive or behavioural difficulties, or other conditions that could make it difficult to follow the trial requirements
