Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults who are 40 years of age or older.
- People whose household income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level (for example, up to $30,120 for a single-person household, $40,880 for two people, $51,640 for three people, $62,400 for four people, or $73,160 for five people).
- People who are willing to give their formal agreement to participate and complete all study requirements, including attending visits and filling out questionnaires.

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are under 40 years old.
- People who do not have a BMI over 30 kg/m², or who do not have high blood pressure, hypertension, elevated blood sugar, prediabetes, or diabetes.
- People who are not able to formally agree to participate in the study (for example, adults who lack the capacity to give consent).
- People who follow a medically restricted diet, or who have allergies to wheat, soy, or dairy.
- People who are planning to move away from the Greater Lowell area within the next 12 months.
- People who currently live outside the Greater Lowell area.
- People who do not have a working refrigerator in their home.
- People who have a serious medical condition requiring ongoing medical care, including cancer, chronic kidney disease, or coeliac disease.
- People who are currently participating in another study related to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, nutrition, or weight loss.
- People who are currently taking weight loss medication (such as Ozempic), or medication for diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure.
- People who are currently using a continuous glucose monitor (a device that tracks blood sugar levels).
