  • People with certain heart conditions, including specific abnormal heart rhythms, significant blockages in the heart's electrical system, poor heart pumping function (below 50%), a history of heart attack or unstable chest pain within the past 6 months, or other serious heart-related issues (confirm with trial site for full details)
  • People with an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection showing high levels of the virus in their blood (people who carry the virus without active disease may not be excluded — confirm with trial site)
  • People who are HIV positive
  • People whose scans show a blocked bowel
  • People who currently have, or have previously had, another type of cancer — with some exceptions for certain skin cancers, some cancers that have been in early stages and well controlled, or other cancers that have been successfully treated and have not required treatment in the past five years (confirm with trial site)
  • Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people of reproductive age who are unwilling to use contraception
  • People who currently need treatment for another cancer at the same time

  • People who have experienced a blocked artery, serious bleeding (not related to surgery), or signs of a high risk of serious bleeding in the 6 months before the first dose
  • People who have brain or spinal cord metastases causing symptoms, or who have cancer affecting the membranes around the brain or causing spinal cord compression
  • People who have taken part in another clinical trial and received an experimental drug within one month before the first dose
  • People whom the trial doctors consider unsuitable for the study for any other reason
