  • You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are not willing or able to give your consent to participate
  • You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorder, a degenerative brain condition, or significant memory or thinking difficulties
  • You are currently using psychoactive substances or alcohol
  • You are currently at serious risk of suicide
  • You are currently receiving psychotherapy, or have received it within the last 3 months
  • You are currently taking psychiatric medication (this will be decided by the therapist during the initial screening)
  • You are currently receiving inpatient treatment (staying in a hospital or care facility)
  • You have not completed all the required screening questionnaires
